Additionally, she was invited into the studios of Warna FM Radio to provide opinion pertaining to housing and other related issues and to address matters that are raised by callers. Roza also conducts training programmes and workshops for budding talents as well as being invited to give talks to the community. She is also featured in the publication, “Success in Real Estate” volume 2, which are sold at major bookstores across the island.
Clients’ Perspective - Exceptional Process to Successful Transactions.Having a proven track record of successful transactions that are carried out in the required time frame throughout her career, she emphasizes on the point of “beginning each transaction with the end in mind” and that is to have “satisfied customers.” To ensure that all her listings are marketed in the best possible manner, Roza adapts a selective marketing mix of the mass media available to her, be it via broadcast, print or online. Roza’s investment on the advertizing and marketing of properties surpasses $50 000 per year. She stresses that these are necessary to maximize the reach potential of properties that she markets. Entrusted to her apart from the buying, selling and rental of public housing properties are private residential properties namely condominiums and landed properties. She is also tasked to undertake transactions for commercial assets that includes office and industrial space as well as property leasing and sale for shops and other business lines (eg: retail, restaurants, food-courts, etc.). Apart from local properties, she markets overseas properties. She was appointed as sole marketing agent for Platinum Damansara, an up-market luxurious condominium that is situated at the prime area of Damansara, along the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. |
