Coming from a humble family background and having the comfort of a desk bound job, it is her childhood dream of being a successful person in life that had led her into the property market as a real estate agent.

Upon discernment, Roza felt that it was the right time to set up her very own real estate agency and incorporate it into the other existing lines of services provided by Sure Bagus Asia Pte Ltd.

For her, it is indeed a challenge to do so, considering the numerous successes and recognitions that she had achieved with her previous company. She acknowledges the fact that challenges “do indeed lay ahead with every turn and corner throughout the journey.”

It is with proper planning, anticipation, painstaking mapping of company direction and targets coupled with good work ethics, determination, perseverance and the passion that will enable her to “steer the ship into smooth open waters.”

With the large existing clientele base that she had established over a decade in the real estate business, she is well positioned to continue her good work and to build upon her success.
